| About Us Our Lady
of the Lake Catholic Community is located on the beautiful shores of Lake Superior, in
Ashland, Wisconsin. Located on U.S. Highway 2, Our Lady of the Lake serves residents of
the Chequamegon Bay area.
Worship is held weekdays at 7:30 a.m., on Saturday evenings at 6:00 p.m., and on Sunday
mornings at 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
Statement of Belief
We believe that we are called to become more fully the People of God implied by our
Baptism. We believe that fidelity to our calling is expressed by our striving to become a
community united in beliefs, gathered together in worship, and supportive of one another
in living out our Christian vocation.
Statement of Purpose
Our mission is that of Church-to bring the saving message of Jesus the Lord to more
people.
Statement of Commitment
We commit ourselves to build our faith community among those coming to church, to reach
out to the unchurched and alienated, and to encourage the laity to develop their gifts and
talents for a greater participation in leadership roles in both the Church and society.

Parish Gift Shop
The Gift Shop is open Monday - Friday during Parish Office hours. We have a wide variety
of religious items for many occasions. You'll find bibles, crucifixes, cards, Baptism, 1st
Communion, and Confirmation gifts just to name a few. Get your copy of the parish cookbook
which includes many great recipes lovingly provided by our parishioners.
